Pizza Dough

       
Ingredient Single Double Triple
Double zero flour 153g 306g 459g
All purpose flour 153g 306g 459g
Sea salt 8g 16g 24g
Yeast 2g 4g 6g
Olive Oil 4g 8g 12g
Luke warm water 200g (1 cup) 400g (2 cups) 600g (3 cups)

Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.

Mix water with the yeast and olive oil. Then add to flour mix. Knead for 3 minutes. Rest for 15 minutes. Knead for 3 minutes. Divide and place on floured surface covered with a damp cloth for 4 hours.
