Leyland’s Flapjack
Ingredients
- 5oz porridge oats (rolled oats)
- 4oz demerera sugar
- 3oz raisins
- 4oz butter
Directions
- Warm oven to 190C
- Melt butter and mix into dry ingredients
- Grease 7x9in tin and line with parchment paper
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Cut slices while still warm. Leave to cool before removing from tin.
