Leyland's Flap Jack

Leyland’s Flapjack

Ingredients

  • 5oz porridge oats (rolled oats)
  • 4oz demerera sugar
  • 3oz raisins
  • 4oz butter

Directions

  • Warm oven to 190C
  • Melt butter and mix into dry ingredients
  • Grease 7x9in tin and line with parchment paper
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Cut slices while still warm. Leave to cool before removing from tin.
