  • 8 egg yolks
  • 500 ml milk
  • 450 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Beat eggs until foamy Add milk, 200 g sugar Melt remaining sugar in a frypan Pour sugar mixture into molds Pour egg mixture into molds Put water in a pan, set the molds in the pan Bake for 45 minutes
